Reporting directly to the Logistics Coordinator, the warehouse keeper is responsible for the following activities:
Ensuring the maintenance of the permanent inventory;
Ensuring the inbound and outbound operations of goods, carrying out loading and unloading with a forklift and/or overhead crane;
Executing and controlling warehouse activity documents;
Ensuring the organization and conservation of goods and warehouse stocks;
Verifying the conformity of received goods with the respective orders and transport documents;
Stock control and conducting inventories;
Ensuring the dispatch of goods to various areas of the organization;
Generating transport guides, shipping notes, delivery notes, and other documents associated with the dispatch/receipt process;
Arranging and organizing materials to facilitate cleanliness, tidiness, and optimization of workspace;
Carrying out other activities or tasks, not specified above, as considered necessary for the organization's objectives;
Contribute to the improvement and development of the Logistics Department.
